«PRAVEX BANK» JSC, bank of Intesa Sanpaolo group looking for Head of ICT infrastructure and telecommunication office.

Job main objective:

• Planning and management of IT infrastructure resources, including planning and budgeting, organizing the provision of ICT by internal contractors and outsourced providers of ICT and telecommunication systems in accordance with expected SLAs and budget restrictions.
• Determination of the specification and configuration of equipment, provision of installation and maintenance of equipment, organization of telecommunication services and services of Internet providers.
• Analysis and provision of proposals for equipment and software, negotiations with vendors.
• Ensuring infrastructure status/availability monitoring.
• Organization and control of the help desk work.
• Provision of technical support and uninterrupted operation of:
  • IT systems and services;
  • server equipment and data storage systems;
  • network equipment and telecom services;
  • structured cable system;
  • telephony;
  • workplaces of the employees;
  • data center automated dispatch management system.
• Financial planning of the activities of the office; Providing support and testing of the business continuity plan

General requirements:

• Experience in managing a division providing infrastructure services — at least 1 year.
• Experience in Cisco network operation.
• Experience in managing IT projects for the implementation of infrastructure systems or services.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of information security.
• Knowledge of work principles of:
  • technologies and management tools for Linux\Unix, Windows Server operating systems in the Enterprise environment;
  • backup and recovery systems;
  • VMware virtualization platforms and related services;
  • Enterprise level data storage systems;
  • cloud solutions;
  • data storage networks;
  • infrastructure systems in modern data centers (power supply, air conditioning, access control, monitoring);
  • basic principles of network operation in the data center.

Key responsibilities:

• Organization of work of the office.
• Planning and management of IT infrastructure resources, including planning and budgeting, organizing the provision of ICT by internal contractors and outsourced providers of ICT and telecommunication systems in accordance with expected SLAs and budget restrictions.
• Ensuring infrastructure status/availability monitoring.
• Organization and control of the help desk work.
• Provision of technical support and uninterrupted operation of:
  • server equipment and data storage systems;
  • network equipment and telecom services;
  • structured cable system; telephony;
  • workplaces of the employees;
  • data center automated dispatch management system.
