SMM Specialist (Content Marketing)

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced SMM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and number of visitors to our website. The ideal candidate will have a good experience with creating textual and visual content, publishing and promotion on social media platforms, analyzing trends, and applying marketing best practices.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Creating content for our website (landing pages and blog posts), social media (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), external platforms (e.g., Clutch)

• Develop and implement content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter 

• Manage social media accounts and communities, monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve campaign objectives

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools and metrics

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

• Collaborate with other specialists (SEO, designer, web developer)

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM Specialist or similar role for IT service company

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

• Good experience in creating content (for social networks) - text and pictures

• Profound knowledge of various digital marketing tools and techniques incl. SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, CRM, marketing automation, metrics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Initiative and energy

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, incl. English (B2+)

Additional skills that will be an advantage:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

• Good understanding of Software Engineering

• Experience with WordPress CMS
