Диспетчер вихідного дня / Weekend Dispatcher After-Hours

We are hiring a Weekend Dispatcher! No relevant experience is required! 

Two seats are available only. Don't miss an excellent opportunity!

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• We need a Dispatcher who performs on the Weekends only (Saturdays & Sundays) and is available to respond to any queries from the company truck drivers;
• Communicating with receivers, shippers, and brokers and providing proper support;
• Perform loads' shipping updates promptly;
• Roadside assistance to company truck drivers;
• Maintenance support and repair, communication with the shops;
• Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to update data in the automated tracking system;
• Dealing and forwarding paperwork for completed orders to designated company departments;
• Verifying electronic logbooks' status and personal conveyance according to DOT regulations; 
• Comply with data integrity and security policies;
• Prepare relevant reports as needed;

Essential skills/abilities required:

• B2/C1/C2 level in both verbal and written English language;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good multi-tasking skills;
• Strong PC user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office; 
• Excellent attention to details;

Additional requirements:

• Females and/or Males must be citizens of Ukraine;
• Preferable registration in L'vivs'ka oblast' region but other country regions will be considered too;
• Higher technical or Secondary vocational education of an automotive engineer is preferable; 
• Could work in two shifts within 2 weeks from 07:00 to 19:30  and from 19:00 to 7:30 with following 2 weeks accordingly;
