Logistics Coordinator, Driver Manager (Night Shifts)

Dear candidates, we’re looking for motivated and responsible specialists to join our team in Lviv. Right now we’re working remotely and have studying during the onboarding. It’d be very nice if you have some previous experience working in logistics and/or for the US market.

Requirements:

• Fluent English level is a must (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced)
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Self-organization and problem-solving abilities
• Multitasking and fast decision making skills
• Previous experience in the US dispatching is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage driver performance by setting expectations, conducting regular reviews and implementing corrective action processes up to and including termination when needed
• Accountable for the safety and regulatory performance of their drivers and implementation and execution of corrective actions plans for all drivers below goal
• Responsible for a problem resolution with assigned drivers
• Accountable for driver retention
• Responsible for a driver execution of assigned work
• Enforce understanding and compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct
• Contribute to an atmosphere of trust and teamwork that values contributions of all employees in support of a high performance culture
• Support load planning in the areas of re-planning and recovery of loads
• Work until driver issues are resolved for the day and/or a proper hand off has been made
• Monitor deliveries and pickups for service failures and proactively alerts load planning & carrier management of any loads in jeopardy of failure
