Middle Recruiter

We are a Ukrainian-Danish IT company with 16 years of experience in software development.

At present we are about 230 people, located in Lviv and Aarhus. We are a well established reputable company with a 30% growth rate during the last three years.

We have recently adopted Middle recruiter and looking for one more specialist that shows good results in hiring Middle/Senior Engineers, interacts & communicates with candidates giving a first-class candidate experience and is ready to do some extra work with a goal to hire the right person.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience 

• Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry

• Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges

• Confident working autonomously and as a part of  team

• Ability to demonstrate sourcing and communication skills

• Good problem solving skills

• Proactiveness

• Intermediate English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting

• Negotiating with potential candidates, screening CVs

• Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews

• Continuously build and engage a  pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking

• Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing and employer branding

• Be involved into market investigation/research
