Project coordinator

OVERVIEW

We are looking for open minded and initiative person who will coordinate work of multiple development teams, help with smooth onboarding and team building activities, plan and provide reports on project(s).

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in areas related to software development is a must
• Experience in management and/or coordination of others work
• Perfect communication skills and being Team player
• Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good written and spoken English level

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence
• Working with international teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working together with support team, being escalation point, incidents tracking, ensuring SLA is followed; resource planning and reporting to client
• Coordinating work of all roles involved into a project
• Performing release management activities
• Documenting requirements and technical specifications (flows, procedures, team calendars, requirements)
• Conducting meetings and workshops with customer's representatives onsite (often business trips to Denmark)
• Being an initiative and active member of Management Team
• Establishing, supporting and optimizing the processes within the teams and on higher levels including HR management activities
• Onboarding of newcomes, accounts and access management
