UX Researcher

What you’ll do:

• Find good user research participants
• Apply a mix of quantitative and qualitative user research techniques (for example, user interviews and contextual inquiry) to gain greater empathy for the needs of users
• Clearly communicate research findings with internal and external collaborators
• Translate research findings into service/product design hypotheses
• Employ usability testing to validate those hypotheses
• Guide the direction of the service/product and continually advocate for users
• Collaborate with others as part of a cross-functional team that includes user experience researchers and designers, product managers, engineers, and other functional specialists
• Usability testing, JTBD interviews, Prototyping, CJM creation

The ideal UX Researcher we’re looking for has:

• 3+ years of experience conducting UX research, employing methods such as user interviewing, usability testing, and A/B testing
• A clear and confident process for addressing different phases of product development, from discovery to delivery
• The ability to summarize research findings from a customer and business-centric perspective
• Comfort with the process of recruiting users for research
• The willingness to work closely with design, turning findings into mockups and well-formed tasks for development
• Ambition, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Knowledge of English at the level Advanced С1

Will be a plus:

• Tool proficiency: Figma/Sketch, Marvel/invisionapp, UserTesting, Userlytics
• Experience in a mobile product company
