Main responsibilities:
- Delivery the value of the deal and maximize relationship with outside pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and academic institutions;
- Ensure efficient the organization is well connected in the external Pharma industry alliance management community through the management of key Business Development events;
- Maximize and optimize business relationships: align strategy, objectives and deliverable both internally and with our partners, establish and maintain high quality of communications and understanding between partners, proactively trouble-shoot potential issues, build and expand on relationships;
- Provide expert advice for alliance management strategy;
- Monitor milestones events and timelines, draft meeting minutes, update and maintain information systems relating to collaborations, and produce/distribute other forms of communication;
- As a member of Business development team provide strategic and operational input to ensure the ongoing success of the business development strategy; including delivering the value of ongoing deals, highlighting new opportunities and actively encouraging development for alliance management and the wider business development team;
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing
- Must have 8+ years in BD area
- Strong analytical skills
- Capable of building trust quickly, developing and maintaining relationships
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
- Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and a positive approach
- English- strong upper-intermediate level
