Main responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to Business Unit;
- Organization of the documentation turnover related to the main activity of the department;
- Development of draft documents including official letters and presentations;
- Participation in organization of events;
- Organization and holding of seminars, round-tables, conferences and other events referred to the company's activity and brand promotion
- Development and preparation of brochures and other materials , coordination and control of vendors
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Good computer skills (MC Office);
- Professional experience on administrative position at least 1 year;
- Computer skills: Advanced user of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Fluent in English/Ukrainian/Russian;
