Accounting Specialist (fully remote)

V&A is an American recruiting company with over 30 years of success in the US recruiting market and 18 years in Ukraine.

Requirements:

6 months of data entry or accounting experience
Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
Availability to work 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break) (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

Review and ensure accuracy of consultant’s approved timesheets and invoices, request corrections if necessary
Process payments to employees and vendors
Prepare invoices for clients
Enter data and maintain payroll records in accordance with the company policies and procedures
Record day-to-day company financial transactions in the accounting software QuickBooks
Process employee’s expense reports in accordance with the company policies
Prepare financial reports
