We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager  for our Home Repair and Construction Works division in the United States. 

The candidate must have a good understanding of the American dialect and spoken English. Locations where we provide services: Chicago and New York, more will be opened.

What do we expect:

Location: Ukraine

• Firstly – Proficiency in English (С 2) and understanding of the American dialect for communication with customers
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role +
• Experience in sales of any type of home services.
• Willingness and motivation to work more hours
• Ability to understand customer needs and respond to them quickly and efficiently
• Fast learner who enjoys challenges and is able to cope with them
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Working conditions:

• Working hours from 16:00 pm to 2:00 am (Kyiv time)
• Saturday/Sunday days off

• Salary includes hourly payment from 100 to 200 UAH per hour + 4- 5% of the sale (the average sale is $1,000). Hourly pay depends on your experience.

Tasks:

• You do not need to look for customers or make cold calls, only as soon as possible and more efficiently react to incoming leads
  

• The candidate will be responsible for customer relationships, providing customer service and resolving customer complaints. 
• You will have to call people who left a request on the Internet for our service, ask questions according to the script, request photos of what needs to be done. We calculate the price, and you send it to the potential client.
