IT Business partner/CTO

TemaBit Fozzy Group is an IT company that develops unique solutions for more than 40 businesses of the group. We specialize in web and mobile development, as well as software for managing business processes and infrastructure projects.

We are looking for an IT business partner/CTO who will take a leadership role in the IT segment and will help build constructive communication between business and IT:

• strategy for the development of IT solutions for business;
• support for implementation and development of IT products and services;
• assessment of IT risks;
• IT expenditure planning and control;
• working with stakeholders and the team.

Our plans include a lot of work with ambitious tasks and challenges. And for this we are looking for you!

How do we see our dream candidate?

• you want to work on a progressive product and bring joy to Guests;
• you have work experience in the role of IT Business partner (CTO/PO);
• nice to have experience starting a new business — a must;
• good written and spoken English is a must;
• nice to have a proven track record of successful company-wide projects;
• proactive in decision-making and able to take responsibility for the result;
• you have the ability to manage several work streams and know how to prioritize work;
• understanding of technologies and experience in the IT sphere;
• you have good communication, leadership and presentation skills.

It will be a plus:

• experience in launching a new business/product in the field of Retail.

What will you do?

• constructively interact with business customers and technical teams;
• manage and coordinate the flow of business requests to IT (collection, structuring, IT planning of business needs and its correlation with IT resources);
• develop a budget for teams and technical solutions;
• automate operational processes using modern IT solutions and participate in the selection of tools, technologies, and solutions for building services and infrastructure;
• escalating questions on ServiceDesk and providing feedback to departments regarding the quality of IT services, level of support, functionality, and usability of business applications;
• monitor key performance indicators of IT systems and services;
• advise the business on key decisions and implementation terms;
• cooperate with partners, coordinate the integration process, and participate in negotiations and partner selection.
