The quote is an application to guide and document the sales process within Halliburton Completion Tools. It provides tools to aid in market analysis and the pricing of components to ensure that Completion Tools maintains its competitive edge in the market. Additionally, it covers the creation of sales and design materials that will be passed to the client for acceptance.
The app will provide workflow governance through digital as well as human approvals and integrate with the broader ecosystem of eCompletions applications. The app will be built utilizing the Appian platform.
The project is initiated from scratch and with a long-term perspective.
Team composition: Scrum Master, UX Architect, 4 Appian developers and 3(2) QAs.
