Project Description:
The project is for large international investment bank. There is serieses of change requests for existing Salesforce application that needs to be developed. The application is utilized mainly for Pipeline management (tracking of deals, sales fees), Client Contact management and Call Planning & Reporting. Maintains leads, deals, potential new clients, existing clients, customer contacts, and sales related activities on the system Used globally. Stands for: Corporate Trust and Agency Services. Primary use cases: standard Sales Cloud functionality plus custom functionality like Call-Reports, Revenues, Employees, etc. Application technology Team is global, located in the UK, USA, Ukraine, and Russia.
We are looking for Salesforce Developer/Configurator. In this role, you will be responsible for functionality development using force.com facilities. You should understand the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform. You should be able making configuration/admin changes in Salesforce and have knowledge of Apex and Lightning.
Responsibilities:
- Force.com development
- Salesforce administration
- Close collaboration with Developers
- Business Users support
- Deployment of releases, CI support
- Data Governance activities (migration/updates/duplicates)
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Salesforce Configuration, e.g. validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, flows, escalation rules, etc.
- Experience in Salesforce Development: Apex development (must have), Lightning Components, Visualforce,
- Set up integration, Apex Web Services, REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata API
- Database knowledge, SQL, SOQL, SOSL
- Data Migration tools experience, e.g. Dataloader
- Ability to work in distributed team
- Strong Communication skills
- English intermediate or higher
- High performer
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in/understanding of CRM, Cloud technologies
- Experience in/understanding of Financial area, Banking aspects as a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce and overall Software development best practices and frameworks, e.g. trigger framework, separation of concerns
