Project Description:
PA to Global head of Sales & Account management (Reporting line)
Responsibilities:
- Organize and administrate workday of manager (Meeting Coordination, Travel Planning, Client Events)
- Support operations and be responsible for MoMs and action execution
- Organize team and client events
- Support creating sales documentation, event brochures and marketing communication
- Support staffing related administrative aspects
Mandatory Skills:
- Expert in executive support (Meeting Coordination, Travel Planning, Client Events)
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
