HR Manager

IT Craft invites proactive, passionate, communicative person to take a position of HR Manager in our team. HRM will participate in creating, implementing and maintaining core HR practices and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining existing processes, such as onboarding and offboarding, conducting One-on-one meetings, etc.;
• Taking part in organizing effective communication inside the team;
• Developing creative solutions for team buildings, holiday celebrations. Support departments with their events and activities;
• Providing support to employees including answers on questions, researching and resolving issues;
• Participation in development and implementation of new HR-processes. 

Skills and qualifications required:

• At least 1,5 years of experience in Human Resources in IT field;
• Experience in maintaining different HR processes;
• Experience in organizing events and team buildings;
• Great people skills;
• Solid planning and organizational skills;
• Good understanding of psychology;
• At least pre-intermediate English will be a plus.
