SECL Group Ukraine invite a professional researcher who wants to grow and develop himself in the direction of recruitment, to join our Lviv office.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sourcing at IT companies or recruitment agencies;
• Experience in negotiations with management;
• Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
• Organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in defining the ideal candidate profile for the job descriptions provided;
• Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources;
• Monitoring job market;
• Various types of web research (develop a list of suitable candidates, provide additional details as requested, and prepare market analysis based on other criteria);
• Maintaining candidates database (we use Cleverstaff) and prepare reports about your work and vacancies;
• In future: full life-cycle recruitment from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;
