HEADWAY.GLOBAL Company is a branch of the holding group and is working on its own cool project. Currently we are looking for a Media buyer/Арбитражник with Intermediate+ English!

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of launching and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and FB (BlackHat - gambling, betting, dating verticals) is a must

  • Experience working with the US market and big budgets $10k+

  • Experience of buying traffic according to the CPA/CPM/CPL models through Teaser Networks, DSP, Popunders, Native, Popunders & Push Ad Networks

  • Have a confirmed experience of leading successful campaigns (statistics in trackers, grids)

  • Understanding of how to work with the trackers, postbacks, multi-accounts

  • Knowledge of GA, GTM, Yandex Metrica, FB Pixel

  • Innovative approach to landing pages and creatives design

  • At least Intermediate written and oral English communication skills

  • Photoshop, Microsoft Excel knowledge

  • Experience working with Chatbots FB, Whatsapp, Viber is a plus

  • Data-driven marketer with superior analytical skills who thinks creatively and can drive the business forward and take real ownership of tasks, tactics and strategy

  • Consistency in bringing fresh ideas to the table and always being willing to develop and adapt (if you have your tested & working bundles/approaches - we are ready to pay even higher %)

 

 

What you'll do:

  • Manage, optimize and run campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads and Bing

  • Track and evaluate performance using both internal and external data in order to improve media performance with respect to pacing, reach, frequency, creative testing, placement performance, KPIs and more

  • Execute and manage the delivery of approved media plans across DSP, banner and teaser networks, native and push networks (on CPA, CPM models) - US Geo

  • Monitor and analyze the competitors' environment - offers, traffic sources, creatives

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new traffic sources and develop strong relationships with media partners which aligned to strategic direction

  • Conversion tracking and goals adjustment, campaign budgets forecasting

  • Compliance with established KPI in terms of volume and ROI

  • Strategizing and coordinating with design and content teams to develop assets for paid execution ( banners, teasers, landing pages, pre-landing pages)

  • Present monthly and weekly media reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement

  • Manage media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, and optimization.
