About the role

Hi there!

We’re looking for a proactive person to join our team as a Customer Relations Agent. Together we are building a new generation SaaS support and creating the best possible customer experience. 

If you are passionate about people, love to listen and help in solving clients’ issues - keep reading on!

Previous experience is not required as your motivation matters the most!

Your skills

  • English level: Upper–Intermediate or higher (B2+) - both written and spoken
  • Curiosity: you ask a lot of questions (the more - the better!) and you always willing to know more
  • Courage: you choose courage over comfort; you're not afraid of making decisions on your own and take a risk
  • Empathy and patience: you are able to listen and hear people you communicate with
  • Service orientation: you are proactive and helping other person means a lot to you  
  • Relationship building: you tend to shape long-term and trustful relationships with others
  • Positive attitude: you are energetic and people enjoy communication with you
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Tech savvy: ability and willingness to learn different types of customer support-related software (e.g. CRM systems, Zoom)

Students are very welcome :)


Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Live Chat, Crisp or Intercom
  • Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar CS role
  • You have a students communities activist

Your responsibilities


SanityDesk is a small, wisely-growing, human-centric startup, so you'll likely get experience on quite a few different projects across the organization. That said, here are some things you'll probably do:

  • Be a trustful partner for each and every client who would like to have a conversation
  • Dealing with customers’ queries and provide top-notch customer experience
  • Being the face of our company on Zoom meetings with our customers
  • Helping to maintain the healthy atmosphere among our communities: Facebook groups, chats, Linkedin
  • Experiment: this is a startup team so everything can change!


Your schedule

Your schedule will imply 4 work days/3 days off. You will either work morning, day or night shifts.

  • morning shift: 6 am - 3:30 pm
  • day shift: 3:00 pm - 1 am
  • night shift: 00:30 - 6:30 am
