Middle / Senoir Associate, Corporate Law Practice

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable Ukrainian law school
• 4+ years of professional experience in a law firm or on corporate side
• Practical knowledge of corporate and commercial law, banking and finance law, regulatory and compliance matters
• Experience in advising IT Companies and Renewable Energy Companies will be a plus
• Fluency in legal English is a must
• Computer literacy

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advising both legal entities and individuals on corporate, commercial and regulatory law matters
• Preparation of corporate documents and bylaws, review and drafting contracts of various types
• Counselling on international corporate law and corporate governance, currency regulation and financial monitoring
• Conducting legal research and investigation
