Job Description

1. Create accounting strategies to maximize profits
2. Manage payroll and taxes
3. Regularly examine financial statements and ensure they are accurate and free of any errors
4. Organize and update financial records; monitor all bookkeeping
5. Analyze accounts and suggest improvements to reduce costs and increase profits
6. Make sure all financial data adheres to current tax laws and regulations
7. Keep company accounts information confidential
8. Stay abreast on industry changes and current tax/accounting laws
9. Prepare, manage and present monthly reports
10. Act as a liaison to outside auditors
11. Represent accounting department at board meetings

Qualifications

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Strong planning and organizational skills
3. Time management skills to manage multiple tasks
4. Proficiency in Excel
5. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and management
6. Detail oriented
7. Must be fluent Russian and upper intermediate level English
