Business development manager (reproductive medicine)
We invite you to join a team of the business development managers who will deal with the development of the company through work with partners from all over the world.
Company:
World Center of Baby (WCOB) – is an agency that provides a full range of services for organizing surrogacy in Ukraine, Mexico and Colombia.
Responsibilities:
To work with partners. Attract and build relationships with international reproductive clinics, medical tourism agencies, small agents;
To analyze the market, determine the priorities for the development of partner sales;
To create and implement a development strategy for the direction;
To keep records and fulfill the sales plan.
Business development manager WCOB:
An experience. For at least 2 years you have been working in B2B sales and in the development of a sales direction focused on the international market. Made deals and built relationships with representatives from China, America, Canada, Australia, France and others;
Skills. Negotiation skills;
Language. Fluent English (at least B2 level). Knowledge of Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish will be an advantage.
WCOB offers:
Motivation system. The guaranteed minimum starts from $ 1200. Basis with a bonus, 2% of the receipts from sales of the agents. Average bill - 50,000 €;
Official employment (after a probationary period of 2-3 months);
Convenient location of the office - 10-15 minutes walk from the Pecherskaya metro station (44A Evgeniya Konovalets St.);
Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00;
Onboarding and mentoring support;
