We are looking for a self-driven and proactive HR Manager who will be developing, managing and coordinating a variety of human resource-related programs and activities.

Requirements and personal skills:

-  0.5+ year of relevant working experience

-  Upper-intermediate English

-  Knowledge of efficient HR processes

-  Proactive approach

-  Strong communication skills

-  Excellent organization and planning skills

There is a lot of work for you:

-  Managing and organizing of team building corporate events

-  Organizing of internal knowledge sharing events

-  Engaging people with our organization and arranging more comfortable environment for staff

-  Supporting of IT recruitment process (onboarding, exit interviews, regular 1-1)

-  Adaptation of newcomers

-  Collecting and processing of data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement of environment

-  Contributing to standardization and procedural work flow in our company within your competence area

-  Keep an eye on the happiness of all team members
