Requirements:

• Experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master/Delivery Manager 2 - 4 years;
• Solid knowledge of SDLC;
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum & Kanban);
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with managing agile delivery teams;
• Ability to coordinate multiple scrum and kanban teams;
• Understanding of web-technologies, ability to explain basic things like what is git, script, cron, api etc.;
• Advanced English level (verbal and written);Excellent communication skills, particularly in English;
• Strong people management skills;
• Strong team leadership skills;
• High self-motivation and ability to motivate others;
• Passion for continuous improvements;
• Pragmatic «can do» mentality;
• Analytical, problem solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage (scrum master) 3 agile delivery teams/squads;
• People management: one-to-one's, performance reviews, keep team motivated and happy;
• Monitor sprint process and ensure sprint scope & purpose is delivered;
• Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project/agile objectives;
• Own decision making within defined level of authority;
• Take ownership of the delivery to drive problems to resolution;
• Define priorities and make things be completed in time;
• Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues and risks to Product owner;
• Create sprint overlapping project delivery views;
• Implement improvement projects (e.g. test automation, CI/CD, etc.)
• Assist Product owner in internal and external communications with 3rd parties;
• Prepare progress reports, develop and maintain project documentation;
• Design, maintain releases during each iteration, organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives);
• Drive process improvement - identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements. Assess agile-maturity regularly and drive improvements.
