DevOps Engineer

Kyivstar are looking for a result-oriented and energetic DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities:

—  Supporting several kubernetes clusters with high loaded applications 

—  Setup monitoring and logging

 — Works with several development teams for setting up CI/CD processes 

— Setting up dashboards for Business and Service monitoring

 —  Performance testing and planing

— Incident & Problem resolution and managment across support teams

You’ll Succeed With:

— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

— 2+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer, working in AWS, GCP, or Azure.

— 2+ years strong Experience in Kubernetes

— Strong Experience with Docker methodologies and delivery.

— Strong Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting technologies (Prometheus, ELK, APM tools ).

— Experience with infrastructure-as-code methodologies.

— Experience with building, and supporting CI/CD pipelines

— Linux system administration skills (Oracle Linux, RedHat preferred).

— Ability to work remotely and manage your own time

Nice to Haves:

— Experience implementing and scaling Elastic Kubernetes (EKS) platforms.

— Experience with web application servers (NGiNX, Apache), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra), cache technologies (Redis).

— Experience with Kafka
