Responsibility's: 

• RF planning and optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE projects.
• Daily 2G/3G/4G statistic monitoring and analyze (U2000, PRS, NetNuman ...).
• Support drive test team to prepare report, make troubleshooting.
• New Site physical and logical parameters planning, configuration and performance of KPI's audit.
• Coverage and capacity prediction (Atoll).
• 3G/4G capacity solution creation.
• 2G/3G traffic management (2G 900/1800, 3G 2100 MHz).
• Layer management (SHO, IRAT, HO, Idle).
• 2G/3G/4G parameter optimization to reach target KPIs.
• Frequency Plan optimization.
• Regular worst cell and quality problem troubleshooting.
• External interference measurement and EMC solution creation.
• Nominal planning (High level design) and Detail site design.
• New feature and new equipment testing.
• Indoor solution planning.
• Responsible for network quality customer satisfaction ensuring during the network optimization.
• Reporting and presentation.

Skills requirement:

• At least 3 years in telecommunication company of mobile communication. It is desirable: participation in projects of construction of digital mobile radio communication systems.
• Knowledge of the principles of construction and operation of cellular networks, coverage zones calculations methods, bases of distribution of radio waves. In-depth knowledge of telecommunication and advanced radio technologies. Desirable: experience in planning, building telecommunication cellular networks of mobile communication.
• The level of an experienced Microsoft Office user. Proprietary packages: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project, Atoll, TEMS, QualiPoc, PRS Huawei, NetNumen, M2000, Business Object.
• Desirable: experience with Geographic Information Systems (Map Info).
• English - technical. Desirable: English speaking, experience of correspondence .
• Rights to drive a car of category B.
