Technical Project Manager Lead (Telecom)

KYIVSTAR is looking for Technical Project Manager Lead (Telecom)!

A bit about us:

Kyivstar team, being a part of VEON Group, develops digital products to millions of customers, analytical products based on Big Data and provides their further advancement, brings product to market with business processes improvements within the Company.

You and your team will (through insights and experimentation) collaborate with the Technical, Marketing, and Digital Department to set the direction for the Kyivstar platform and user interfaces in terms of features and capabilities.

A bit about you:

We are looking for someone who has already delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning to roll out followed by feedback.

Ideal candidate would have:

-Ability to manager teams of 10+ people and deliver multiple projects

-Strong telecommunication background (SS7, OSI, GSM, etc.)

-Understanding of telecommunication domain

-Ability to manage teams of 10+ people and delive r multiple projects

-Strong communication skills

-Experience in contract preparation and negotiation

-Risks, issues and scope management

-Strong intermediate level of English

-Knowledge / understanding of PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum Guide

-Understanding of SDLC

Key job responsibilities:

-Managing internal projects including scope, documentation, project plan, resources, reporting, risks, budget and cost

-Budget planning and control

-Ensuring quality product delivery according to specification

-Enabling Internal and External reporting

-Ensuring projects delivery with desired results within project constraints and deadlines

-Vendor management

Would be a plus:

-Understanding different methodologies of project management

-Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimating, project scheduling, risk and change management
