Ezlogz Inc American Corporation required Customer Support Specialist (night shifts)

Requirements:

• Native Russian, Advanced English
• strong focused person
• comfortable working over phone
• communication
• typing skills
• troubleshooting skills 
• High reliability, responsibility, willingness to work on night shifts

Duties:

• Work with a team of customer support specialists and other departments
• Handle customer requests over the phone, in chat and mail
• Work on customer loyalty, through an individual approach in accordance with the principles of the company
• Investigate and answer questions and solve problems for complete customer satisfaction
• Work in CRM
