Competences:
Experience in system administration at least 2 years
Experience with Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards
Experience with O365, Azure, Azure Stack, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender Portal, Intune
Experience with claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth), MFA
Knowledge of cloud security controls, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, etc
English level - Upper-Intermediate
Responsibilities:
Administration of Cloud Microsoft Infrastructure (Admin page, Azure Portal, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Azure Virtual machine, Backup, etc)
Network installation and configuration (Firewall setup, Switch setup, Communication with ISP, VPN point to point, VPN client server, etc)
Patch Management, threat and Vulnerability Management
Process automation (PowerShell scripting, Power Automate)
Newcomer introduction
User support, help desk
Administration of operation systems Windows, Linux, macOS
Setting up office equipment and local networks
Installing and configuring office software
Inventorying of office equipment
Minor repairing of organizational equipment (Maintaining equipment in the service center if necessary)
Skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud environments.
