Position Overview:

If you interested in changing career, and making a difference to our customers operations, we would like to invite you strengthen our terminal operations team. You will, as employee for Seaport Group, be responsible for managing you own activities at our customers, and will soon be responsible for your own projects at our customers worldwide.

As Seaport Group employee, you will be working worldwide on our clients' site, in periods of 3 - 9 weeks, and will, outside these periods, mainly be working from your home in Ukraine.

With the constant development in new cargo handling technology, automated gates, IT systems, operating processes and working methods, we are looking for a people that are interested in using advanced terminal IT systems on our customers sites and optimising our customers operations processes. - To do such, you need to be highly ambitions, have the ability to cope with cognitive complexity, and have strong interests in process optimisation.

Profile:

The job requires a Bachelor's or Master degree in a technological or technical discipline 3+ years of experience in a bulk, general cargo, or container cargo terminal.

We have a strong preference for people with experience from bulk or container terminals, and with interest in new technology. In addition, we expect the candidate fulfil 4 or the below 6 qualifications:

1. High English language level
2. Experience in working in bulk or container terminal operating IT systems (such as Autostore, Navis, TOPX, CommTrac, CATOS, etc.).
3. Experience in working with Terminal/Yard/Vessel Planning and Dispatching, including truck, rail, and warehouse.
4. Experience in working with importing and generating EDI messages (these can be BAPLIE, MOVINS, etc.).
5. Experience in working with Excel spreadsheets, word, power point, etc.
6. Experience in working with optimising terminal operations processes.
