Field Force Manager

Honor Division of Huawei Ukraine is looking for Field Force Manager to support our business.

As Honor team is rapidly expending, the demand of FFM occurred. So what job responsibilities might you handle to bring our team to success:

• Internal and external field force (FF) training;
• Channel Trainer-Training (Responsible for training the KA retailer trainer and business docking): In-store Face to Face Training;
• Trainer management;
• Course adaptation and development:

1. Training courseware localization;
2. Training local caliber of sales;
3. Localized courseware development.

• Training project management.

The perfect candidate has:

• At least 2 years of working experience in similar position;
• English an upper-intermediate level;
• Strong communicative skills;
• Experience in leading and managing a team;
• The desire to be a part of a multinational and professional team.
