IT Recruiter

As a part of regional Hub the recruiter will collaborate with department managers (Central Eu-rope) and Amadeus Product & Solution Center in Kyiv on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a fast paced organization with deadline driven environment;
• Skills in search for candidates via multiple channels (job boards, web, social media, data-bases, online recruitment services);
• Skills in building up wide network of software development professionals in Ukraine & beyond;
• English: fluency;
• Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various assigned projects (employer branding, onboarding, mentoring program, CSR activities, well-being programs).

Responsibilities:

• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocation and intern program;
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs;
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services;
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements;
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;
• Manages intern program (employer branding, onboarding, mentoring program, CSR activities, well-being programs);
• Reporting.
