    Amadeus is a leading provider of advanced technology solutions for the global travel industry.


    Currently we are looking for qualified candidates to join our Amadeus Service Hub in the capacity of Customer Support Specialists, who will support our clients in several countries of the region.


    Requirements :


    • 2 to 5 years of experience in travel industry, technical support or IT department
    • Understanding of Amadeus Products and Solutions
    • Understanding of travel industry
    • Good PC skills
    • Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian
    • Should be flexible, stress-resistant and communicative person.


    Responsibilities :


    • Serve as Amadeus customers' first level of support for all products & solutions via phone, Amadeus Service Hub and/or other media in line
    • Log all cases in the appropriate Amadeus tool and assure correct and comprehensive data to enable meaningful reports and analysis
    • Ensure deep and comprehensive diagnosis and escalate with all relevant information
    • Keep close contact with the customer and provide the solution mainly over phone, e-mail, Amadeus Service Hub.
