Project overview:

As part of our global growth, we are looking for a full time member of staff to provide online customer support to our customers and their advisers via live chat.

What we need?:

• Good English and numeracy is a must (You must be either completely fluent in English as a first or second language and have accurate written and oral English)- Experience with Microsoft applications, in particular word and excel- You must be fast typing- You should have a clear, friendly telephone manner and know how to work with the tight deadlines- Customer service, or banking and financial services experience will be a great privilege
