Product Manager (e-commerce)

We're searching for an expert who:

• Developing IT front-end structure for the customers
• Adopting front-end as a sales tool
• Supporting operation efficiency and business needed functionalities via implemented IT products
• Understanding competition in the context of IT products
• Maintaining collaboration and providing support from internal and external functions
• Ensuring a positive customer experience using IT technologies with an internal and external customer
• Creating efficient feedback channel, analyze customer feedback, plan, propose and provide actions accordantly
• Will transform an operation and customer needs in form of technical specification
• Will be an initiator of implementation of innovated ideas and functionalities
