This position is responsible for implementing, ensuring and developing all improvement activities in our stores with the objective to achieve progress in productivity by a continuous improvement culture, establish necessary capabilities within the store team. Lead Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement activities in the store to ensure sustainable implementation of respective routines and culture.
