Our Client, a leading multinational and innovative company is announcing an opening of HR Generalist the position.
Main responsibilities:
- being responsible for organizational changes, employees' needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to employee's challenges;
- participating in Compensation & Benefits management processes;
- supervising recruitment and HR administration processes;
- being responsible for organization and execution of Newcomer Orientation process;
- controlling and supporting Performance Management, Succession Planning and Job Evaluation processes in accordance with company rules and guidelines;
- handling HR metrics, analyze and investigate causes and trends;
- Perform HR analytics and internal reporting;
Main requirements:
- University degree (Finance, Economics, Legal is preferred);
- 3+ years of previous experience as HRBP, HR Generalist within large multinational company is a must;
- Upper-intermediate level of English is a must
- Good PC skills (proficient Excel user);
- Hands-on experience in HRMS system - Workday, SAP is a plus;
- Quick learner, excellent organization and planning skills with a high level of attention to details;
