Logistic Assistant

Our Client, a well-known company, one of the world's leaders in the manufacture of elevators, cranes, escalators, travelators and passenger lifts, is announcing an opening of Logistic Assistant position.

Main responsibilities:

• taking care of warehousing: purchasing, managing, delivering (spare parts, Tiraks, installation tools, office equipment, working clothes, PPE) and conducting quarterly inventory;
• certificating, managing, inspecting Tiraks and installation tools;
• being responsible for ordering material, signing document, controlling return material and export;
• translating customs documents from English to Ukrainian;
• controlling contracts and fulfilling prolongation on time;
• coordinating car fleet service, season tires changes and insurance;
• reviewing, translating and controlling update of Company policies and procedures.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• Pre-Intermediate English level;
• experience in logistics, warehousing, sourcing is welcome.
• team player, quick learning and result-oriented.
