Job responsibilities:

• Drafting corporate documents on establishing business in Ukraine
• Guiding clients through the legislation and procedures related to business set up
• Providing practical advice on available solutions in complex business matters
• Preparing memoranda on legal matters related to Ukrainian business operations
• Managing projects related to liquidation of Ukrainian companies and representative offices

Requirements:

• University degree in Law
• 2+ years of professional experience in law firm / consulting practice
• Specific knowledge and expertise in the areas of setting up business in various legal forms, corporate law, regulatory framework (experience in liquidation of entities is also preferable)
• Experience in preparing memoranda for clients and corporate documents of various nature
• Strong skills in building trusted relations with clients
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Profound analytical skills
• Maturity in communication skills with attention to details
• Strong interpersonal skills

The candidate will work in the Team of experts who provide turn-key assistance to clients in entering Ukrainian market, drive solutions in complex business matters, guide clients through day-to-day business operations ensuring compliance with Ukrainian law.
