Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

About the Role of The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded senior financial analyst to join our finance team. The senior financial analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a senior financial analyst, you will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes.

What are Your Responsibilities

• Providing strong finance support and analysis to Business;
• Reliable, timely and accurate financial statements; 
• Supporting and maintenance of business reviews (boards);
• Participation in period end closing process; 
• Creating transparency on costs and seeking to improve cost efficiency (proactive management of costs);
• Controlling margin and development on a project level;
• Consolidation of data for several BUs/sub-Cluster;
• Driving automation of financial processes;
• Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion.

  Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar field; 
• Previous professional experience in an analytical/finance/reporting role; 
• Understanding of the following areas: Business Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Controlling and Reporting; 
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail;
• Courage to challenge the status-quo; 
• Advanced English (oral and written); 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
