Marketing Manager

Brightman Group  is looking for a Marketing Manager to deal with one of the most important processes in our company!

Brightman Group is a leading international payment consultancy firm providing expert advice and support to businesses in the payments industry. Our team is deeply focused on helping clients with payment regulations, compliance, and licensing issues, and providing customized solutions to fit their unique needs.

With over a decade of experience, we have assisted international businesses and startups with fintech regulation issues, electronic money, and blockchain, as well as structuring crypto ideas into businesses.

What are the responsibilities 

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration as you will be the first person working in the department for several products among three brands
• Lead the execution of social media campaigns
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
• Generate new business leads.
• Increase brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and production departments.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Preparing and presenting reports and presentations to senior management per request.
• Allocate freelancers when needed

Qualification Requirements 

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing 
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts;
• Proficient on SEM platforms (eg AdWords, Bing, Yahoo);
• Exposure to digital and direct response marketing;
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software 
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Knowledge of CRM (preferably Monday.com)
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.

Some Technical Information

• Working days are Mo. – Fr. The hours will be 10:00 – 19:00
• working alongside driven people in the industry;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST!

Salary - Starting at 1750 USD, based on the qualifications
