Senior UI / UX Designer

Our project:

We are working on the development of the new video exchange platform tagged to geolocation with China and global target markets, where people can send each other surprises, hidden content and set challenges.

There are plenty of tasks in our roadmap, such as business logic implementation, video transcoding, integration with multiple third party services, work closely with maps and geolocation and developing of rest APIs. Our candidate should have a desire to learn and grow quickly.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience on similar position;
• Portfolio of design projects;
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques;
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Invision, Zeplin;
• Understanding of the Guide Material and Human Interface guidelines;
• Understanding of Mobile design approaches;
• Deep understanding of user-oriented design methodologies and modern tendencies of UI;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
• Speaking English level - Upper intermediate.

You will be responsible for:

• Analysing project requirements: understand business goals, user's needs, and development opportunities;
• Analysis and design user flows;
• Work as a part of Scrum Team and design team;
• Creating designs from scratch and evolve existing products;
• Translating user testing insights and user experience data into our product and design;
• Design new interface functions and improve the existing ones;
• Constant growth in the design sphere, generation of new ideas and products for various projects;
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders about design matters.
