Sales Trainee

Program-Ace is currently seeking a motivated individual experienced in communication with potential customers to join our marketing team as a Sales Trainee.

As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by reaching out to potential customers using email, LinkedIn, phone, and other mediums.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant experience at a software company;
• Outstanding communication skills - you will be connecting with prospects constantly and you need to be well-spoken in your communications ;
• Basic knowledge in IT field;
• Responsible and highly motivated person and detail-oriented with a focus on KPI's.
• English:Upper-intermediate / Advanced

Responsibilities:

• Generating a high number of leads;
• Initiating conversations with key decision makers at target companies to identify their business needs;
• Identifying and using market trends to provide leads for the sales department;
• Understanding client business;
• Researching and developing prospective accounts;
• Converting qualified leads and preparing them for meetings and calls;
• Working collaboratively with a Marketing and Sales team;
• Using CRM, marketing and sales tools.
