Junior Product Manager

Commpeak is a B2B SaaS leading global VoIP services provider.

Our product suite aims to give businesses a full set of tools to handle customer interaction for Voice, Dialer, PBX, Realtime Monitoring, BI, and many more advanced tools.

Our ideal candidate will have experience from the Telco market, knowledge of global competitors and their solutions, and the vision to implement advanced, user-friendly solutions with an aim for Self-service workflows.

In this position, you will:

• Work alongside the existing Product team.
• Influence product Roadmap and quarterly plans.
• Work with key customers, analyze customer usage, understand their needs and suggest improvements accordingly.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed product requirements, including prototyping from an idea into UX prototyping tools.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Product Management experience. Experience in B2B products!
• Familiarity with UX sketching tools (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq)
• Experience in writing detailed product requirements/specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to quickly adapt to changing working environments and customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with web UX design tools
• Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc)
• Technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, RTP and networking protocols.
• BA in computer science or equivalent
