Senior Marketing Designer

Your main responsibilities:

• Adapt design briefs to meet the constraints of cost and time
• Think outside the box to consistently adapt and produce new ideas
• Cooperate closely with content and marketing team on various promotional illustrations for our web blog, social media, offline events, etc
• Design and execute robust web experiences, print pieces, event collateral, integrated campaigns, and everything in between
• Meet deadlines and work methodically
• Mentor & lead junior colleagues
• Remote teamwork

Our ideal candidate has:

• Strong knowledge of English (at least upper-intermediate)
• At least 4 years of proven experience preferably with global and/or hi-tech companies
• Basic understanding of B2B market & marketing workflows
• A skillset that spans digital, brand, print, and campaign design
• Expertise in Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Illustration skills will be a plus
• Strong visual and written communication skills
• Advanced self-management skills
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• An outstanding portfolio
