OXNP Group is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager dealing with UpWork.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of successful sales experience on Upwork;
- Strong presentation skills;
- At least Intermediate level of English;
- Knowledge and understanding of the market and the sales specificity in IT;
- Experience in communication with foreign customers;
- German language will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers to promote products, provide service support, and establish proper channels of information and communication, and increase sales;
- Search and identify appropriate buyers within the target market & proposals preparation for potential customers on Upwork;
- Generate ideas on how to improve sales activity;
- Communicate with decision-makers and close the deals.
