Sales Manager (Upwork)

OXNP Group is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager dealing with UpWork.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of successful sales experience on Upwork;
• Strong presentation skills;
• At least Intermediate level of English;
• Knowledge and understanding of the market and the sales specificity in IT;
  
• Experience in communication with foreign customers;
  
• German language will be a plus.
  

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential customers to promote products, provide service support, and establish proper channels of information and communication, and increase sales;
  
• Search and identify appropriate buyers within the target market & proposals preparation for potential customers on Upwork;
  
• Generate ideas on how to improve sales activity;
  
• Communicate with decision-makers and close the deals.
