Paralegal

STRON is a young law firm founded by a team of professionals with versatile experience in different spheres of legal services. We provide services in corporate structuring, tax planning and legal consulting. 

Our company is developing and growing and therefore we are looking for a person for full-time position of Paralegal. 

The position is based in Kyiv. We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated young professional willing to learn, with the ability to apply legal skills in a practical and commercial way. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Review and drafting of documents and contracts related to various spheres of business mainly in English (incl. also bilingual documents); 
• Research and monitoring changes in international legislation and regulatory environments; 
• Support in daily communication and commercial negotiations with the clients (mainly in English); 
• Overall support to business activities of the company. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

• Degree education; 
• Legal professional skills, such as research, drafting, revision and negotiation; 
• Previous experience with international law, tax and corporate law and/or IP law will be a plus; 
• A desire to work for a truly challenging landscape and delve into areas of law which may not have previous precedents or lead on examples; 
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and keen to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines; 
• Ability to make independent decisions and learn quickly; 
• Be result-oriented, attentive to details and stress tolerance; 
• Good PC skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe acrobat, Internet, Mac OS, Windows; 
• Verbal and written legal English is a must (advanced).
