REQUIREMENTS

-At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
-At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry
-Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations
-Proficiency in analyzing complex business problems and translating them into technical requirements
-Upper-Intermediate level of English
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to details

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Engage in comprehensive discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and define project scope for new projects in the healthcare domain
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams, to facilitate effective engagement with new customers
-Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in the healthcare domain, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
-Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the viability and potential risks of proposed IT solutions
-Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for the development and implementation teams
-Work closely with the development team to ensure that the technical solution aligns with the business requirements
-Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
