Strong Middle JavaScript/Node.js Developer (Ad Tech)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work in one of the products delivery team and deliver platform increments, contributing to our value stream. The first challenge will be to dive into project and domain specifics. The project is huge and in order to treat the technical part right you are expected to get familiar with the domain.

Customer:

Our client is a product development company based in the US and the UK. Having started as a small startup project 9 years ago, the client's company has grown into a huge Advertisement account that keeps growing and building new solutions.

Project:

The solution on advertising platform includes a number of components interacting with each other to offer a scalable, powerful, and yet easy-to-use solution to advertisers, while also delivering best quality content to the end-users, at the right time.

The solution integrates with third-party services, gathers a huge amount of data, processes and transforms it into useful information on dashboards that can help the experts of big media holdings make right decisions on strategy of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders and Customer directly to implement robust and well-thought solutions
• Create web interfaces, rich clients, and other front-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
• Work closely with other engineers to identify fast and creative solutions
• Correct any issues across the platform and troubleshoot for potential bugs
• Integrate various platforms, components, and tools to facilitate the business flow
• Create database schemes that represent and support business processes
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript
• Strong proficiency with Typescript, Angular 8
• Knowledge of Node.JS and hands-on commercial experience
• Significant experience and firm understanding of API designs: RESTful, JSON
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience of CI and related technologies such as Jenkins
• At least Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of AWS Services
