Business Analyst (Online Marketing Platform)

The application allows choosing brands, follow and then receive relevant offers and discounts. This solution is designed for a global launch, integrated with scalable back-end, able to handle a high load of requests from users around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Define specifications and utilize business analysis skills to document customer processes
• Define the features to be developed and record them accurately on the Backlog, where new solutions are required
• Work with customers via workshops, interviews and observations to build an understanding of how a solution might meet their needs
• Develop acceptance and test criteria to support QA, based on customer knowledge
• Act as an independent reviewer of the release quality offering a voice outside of the core development team to aid with release decisions
• Serve as a customer expert for product questions and queries that may arise internally or externally related to the use of products and services
• Work with team members with respect to customer meetings and presentations, be comfortable demonstrating/describing product capabilities and product/market directions

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Willing to challenge and improve existing processes and practices
• Capable of communicating to technical and non-technical staff
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements
• Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
• Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
